"Researchers have uncovered software available on the Internet designed to overload the struggling Healthcare.gov website with more traffic than it can handle.
The program, called PPACA, is a trojan virus that cancels your existing health insurance plan, restricts your access to physicians, and increases your premiums and out of pocket financial liability."
