Yesterday, The Weekly Standard published an interesting article about some of the computer code running on Healthcare.gov. It appears that some sections were plagiarized from a British company. The software in question was published under the GPL license, which means it's free to use, AS LONG AS THE COPYRIGHT NOTICE is left intact. The brainaic programmers behind Healthcare.gov took it out. That's called software piracy in most quarters... See: http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obamacare-website-violates-licensing-agreement-copyrighted-software_763666.html for more details. Smooth move guys. Not only doesn't it work, but you stole it to boot....
